The BC 3116 expands capacity for larger scale machining with 122.05 in of X travel while maintaining 62.9 in of Y and 31.5 in of Z travel. Designed for demanding die and mold work and heavy plate machining, it supports workpieces up to 22,046 lbs on its expansive 118.1 in by 59.1 in table.

Its geared drive CAT 50 spindle delivers 34.9 HP and 601 ft lbs of torque at 6,000 rpm, ideal for sustained heavy cutting applications. Rapid traverse rates of 944 ipm in X and Y and 590 ipm in Z ensure productivity remains high despite part size. Paired with the Fanuc Oi Plus control and iHMI interface, the BC 3116 provides the rigidity, torque, and precision required for large format machining environments.
