The Takumi UB 2222 is a high-precision 5-axis machining center engineered for large, complex workpieces. Its rigid gantry construction, advanced control technology, and thermally stable design deliver the accuracy, surface quality, and process reliability required for demanding production environments.
The large 94.49 x 82.68-inch worktable supports evenly distributed loads up to 17,637 lb, providing the capacity needed for substantial components. A fork-style 5-axis head, available simultaneous 5-axis machining, and generous travels of 86.61 inches in X, 88.58 inches in Y, and 47.24 inches in Z make the UB 2222 ideal for complex contouring, multi-sided machining, and large-part applications.
